- Prices refer to the number of guests specified in the booking, and include electricity, water, gas, TV and a parking space.
- The balance must be paid upon delivery of the villa key.
- Bookings are considered valid and confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 25% of the total stay.
- The booked villa is available from 4:00 PM on the arrival date until 10:00 AM on the departure date.
- It is strictly forbidden to host guests who are not included in the number declared at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings; management assumes no liability for theft or loss.
- Guests are liable for personal injuries and property damage; parents or guardians are responsible for minors.
- Absolute silence from midnight to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- In case of no-show, the villa will be held available until midnight of the day following the indicated arrival date.
- A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon key handover, for any damage to the villa or the property.
- Pets must be declared at the time of booking and authorised by management. A surcharge of €50 per week will apply.
- The stay must be paid in full even in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
- No refund is due in case of cancellation.
